Warp pass GPU pipeline.
Renders the warp mesh (cols ร rows triangles) into a target texture by
sampling prev_texture at the per-vertex warped UV. Decay is applied in
the fragment shader.
The CPU is responsible for filling the dynamic vertex buffer each frame
via WarpPipeline::update_vertices.
